Tom has practiced real estate development and commercial law since his call to the British Columbia bar in 1972. Tom became a partner in a downtown firm in 1975 and practiced with that firm until 1996, when he established Baillie Law Corporation.
Throughout his career, Tom has assisted individuals, families, businesses and other organizations in a wide variety of legal matters. He has lectured at Continuing Legal Education seminars and has served in various capacities with British Columbia Bar Association groups. He has been extensively involved in the Vancouver and West Vancouver communities and has worked with number of charitable organizations. He was appointed Queens Counsel in 2005.
Allison graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received her law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2002. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2003 and has practiced at Baillie Law since that date.
Allison specializes in commercial real estate matters, including development, purchases, sales and leasing.
Donna joined Baillie Law Corporation in April, 2022. She has many years of experience in corporate/commercial transactions and real estate mergers, acquisitions and cross-border transactions and now specializes in all aspects of corporate matters.
Jacqueline joined Baillie Law Corporations in 2006. She has many years of experience in real estate development, purchases and financing, particularly commercial real estate matters.
